Course
The race is an out-and-back course mostly along the legendary East Bay Skyline National Trail with fire roads, single track, breathtaking and gorgeous views of San Francisco and Mt. Diablo. There are three miles of pavement. The 50 mile race has 7,800 feet of climb.
Be prepared for any condition as it can be hot, “perfect”, cold and or raining. In previous years, race week has included the following: fire, earthquake, flood, and stock market crash.
